Location is accurate to within 500 ft. The side corresponds to locality 49 of Grybeck and Nelson (1981).

  • Geologic Description = This occurrence consists of a zone about 10 feet thick in Paleozoic calc-silicate rocks (Grybeck and Nelson, 1981). The zone consists of white quartz interlayered with limonitic gossan. The quartz contains disseminated chalcopyrite and tourmaline.
