Relative position The Little Nugget Creek mine is located in the SE1/4 sec. 17, T. 1 N., R. 2 W., Fairbanks Meridian. This open-pit placer mine is just east of Little Nugget Creek near the confluence with Goldstream Creek. It is approximately 3 miles northeast of the top of Ester Dome. The mine is included in locality 47 of Cobb (1972 [MF 410]).
