  • GOLD DISCOVERED IN JANUARY, 1930, AT THE BOTTOM OF A 60 FT. SHAFT NORTHEAST OF THE CREEK AND ABOUT 250 FT. FROM IT. DRIFT MINE OPERATED 1930-32. PROBABLY INACTIVE AFTER 1932.
