NO OTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN PUBLISHED, BUT SEE PE052 FOR A PROSPECT WITHIN THE SITE. THE GEOLOGY OF THE AREA IS DOMINATED BY THE CONTACT OF CRETACEOUS QUARTZ MONZONITE PLUTON WITH CRETACEOUS HORNFELS FORMED FROM GRAYWACKE OF THE SILURIAN BAY OF PILLARS FORMATION (BREW AND OTHERS, 1984).
