| Deposit | THE ORE-BEARING TACTITE ZONES HAVE BEEN WELL-OXIDIZED TO THE 200 FOOT LEVEL, AND TO LOWER LEVELS IN AREAS CRUSHED BY POST-MINERAL FAULTS. LIMONITE IS PRINCIPAL OXIDE MINERAL. LOCALLY TACTITE CONTAINS SEVERAL PERCENT OF W03 IN FORM OF FERRITUNGSTITE (?). SCHEELITE IS IN FORM OF SMALL CRYSTALS FROM SIZE OF PINHEAD UP TO 1/2 INCH IN DIAMETER. IN PLACES THE TACTITTE IS STAINED WITH COPPER. TACTITE ZONE IS 2 TO 50 FT WIDE. |
