  • PIT WAS WORKED TO A DEPTH OF 18 FT. FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PIT THREE SHORT DRIFTS WERE DRIVEN TO THE WESTWARD, TWO OF WHICH ENCOUNTERED A WALL OF LOOSELY CEMENTED SANDSTONE AT A DISTANCE OF 30 FT. THE THIRD, AND SHORTEST DRIFT, STOPPED IN ORE.

  • ECON.COM: NEITHER THE LATERAL EXTENT NOR DEPTH OF THIS DEPOSIT HAS BEEN DETERMINED. THERE ARE GOOD POSSIBILITIES TO THE EAST AND SOUTH OF THE PIT FOR COMMERCIAL DEPOSITS.
