| Deposit | THE ORE LIES BENEATH 2 TO 4 FEET OF SURFACE MATERIALS CONSISTING OF YELLOW, RESIDUAL CLAY, AND WHITE, CHERTY FIRE CLAY. THE ORE CONSISTS CHIEFLY OF A DENSE, LIGHT COLORED, HIGHLY SILICIOUS, PRIMARY LIMONITE. NO PITS HAVE BEEN SUNK TO TEST THE DEPTH OF THE ORE AND ITS LATERAL EXTENT IS NOT KNOWN. MAIN CUT EXPOSES 8 TO 10 FT OF SOLID ORE. |
