Deposit FLUORSPAR OCCURS IN ONE OF MANY LOCAL FAULTS IN QUARTZITE. BRECCIA FRAGMENTS ARE PARTIALLY CEMENTED AND REPLACED BY A FINELY GRANULAR MATRIX OF PURPLE FLUORITE, BARITE, AND CALCITE. TRENCHING DONE BY THE USBM IN 1943 DISCLOSED SIX SMALL FLUORSPAR ORE BODIES TOTALING 150 FT IN LENGTH. CHRYSOCOLLA AND TRACES OF GALENA ACCOMPANY THE FLUORSPAR.
