| Deposit | FLUORSPAR OCCURS IN TWO NEARLY PARALLEL VEINS 1350 FT APART IN PRECAMBRIAN GNEISSIC GRANITE AND APLITE. THESE VEINS OCCUPY EASTWARD TRENDING FAULTS AND SHEAR ZONES, AND RANGE FROM STRINGERS TO DENSE VEINS UP TO 10 FT WIDE, ORE SHOOTS, UP TO 250 FT IN LENGTH, OCCUR LOCALLY. ORE TENOR RANGES FROM NONCOMMERCIAL SILICEOUS MATERIAL TO NEARLY PURE FLUORITE. FLUORITE OCCURS AS PURPLE SILICIC VEINS, AS REDDISH MICROCRYSTALLINE CEMENT FOR BRECCIA FRAGMENTS, AND AS REDDISH-BROWN REPLACEMENT OF WALL ROCK MATERIAL. |
