| Deposit | COUNTRY ROCK OF PIKES PEAK GRANITE INTRUDED BY SMALL PLUGS OF FAYALITE GRANITE AND IS CUT BY NORTH-TRENDING TERTIARY(?) SYENITE LAMPROPHYRE DIKE. VEIN CONSISTS OF BRECCIATED FLUORITE CEMENTED BY GRANULAR QUARTZ, WITH HIGHEST GRADE CONCENTRATED ADJACENT TO GOUGE IN HANGING WALL. VEIN LOCALIZED IN BEND OF CROSS-CUTTING FAULT. HANGING WALL SOUTH OF BEND TRENDS N 10 E, 45 NW, AND NORTH OF BEND VEIN TRENDS N 50 E, 45 NW. AVERAGE THICKNESS OF 4 FT. |
