General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit COUNTRY ROCK CONSISTS OF BLEACHED AND PARTLY SILICIFIED CUTLER FM RED BEDS INTRUDED BY DIORITE-MONZONITE PORPHYRY SILLS. VEIN IS PROBABLY EXTENSION OF GOLD KING-EUREKA VEIN AND DIPS 60 TO 70 NORTH NEAR LOWER ADIT BUT CHANGES TO VERTICAL ABOVE UPPER ADIT. VEIN FOLLOWS 1- TO 4-FT-WIDE FRACTURE ZONE WITH 8 TO 14 INCHES OF VEIN MATTER CONSISTING OF VEINLETS AND SMALL LENSES OF INTIMATELY INTERGROWN PYRITE AND TETRAHEDRITE WITH SOME GALENA, SPHALERITE, AND ARSENOPYRITE. MINE IS OF PARTICULAR INTEREST IN THAT IT PROVES EXISTENCE OF WORKABLE ORE FARTHER EAST THAN OTHER KNOWN ZONES ON GOLD VEIN.
