QUARTZ DIORITE STOCK INTRUDES DUBOIS GREENSTONE IRREGULARLY BUT GENERALLY ALONG GREENSTONE FOLIATION TRENDING GENERALLY N 40 TO 60 E, VERTICAL. SEQUENCE IS CUT BY PRINCIPAL FAULT TRENDING N 27 W. ON HILLSIDE ABOVE MINE ARE NE-TRENDING QUARTZ VEIN AND LEUCOGRANITE/QUARTZ MONZONITE DIKE AND LENSOID BODY. TH OCCURS IN QUARTZ VEINS ABOVE MINE IN ADAIR GROUP. AT DUBOIS WORKINGS BURBANK (1951) NOTED CU-PB-ZN SULFIDES AND PYRITE. BURBANK MEASURED GREATEST RADIOACTIVITY IN ONE OF DUBOIS MINE ADITS 500 FT UNDERGROUND IN RELATIVELY UNOXIDIZED CARBONATE VEIN CONTAINING SULFIDES.
