Deposit AT THE E END OF THE MINE THERE ARE HIGH AG ORES OF TETRAHEDRITE; WITH SPHALERITE AND RHODOCHROSITE; AT THE W END THE CU IS HIGH IN ORES OF CHALCOPYRITE AND BORNITE. THE ORE SHOOTS ARE IRREGULAR AND NONPERSISTENT AND THE ZONES OF ALTERATION IN ONE PLACE EXTEND A NUMBER OF FEET ON EITHER SIDE OF THE VEIN AND OTHER PLACES IT IS ENTIRELY ABSENT. AT THE 400 FT LEVEL THERE ARE 2 VEINS WHICH UNITE AFTER 300 FT. THEY ARE ALSO UNITED 50 FT ABOVE THE CROSSCUT.
