  • LITTLE DOLLIE TUNNEL IS ABOUT 1400 FT LONG WITH UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF RAISE AND DRIFT WORK. TWO OTHER CAVED ADITS ABOVE LITTLE DOLLIE TUNNEL ARE MENTIONED BUT NOT LOCATED AND HAVE A COMBINED LENGTH OF ABOUT 600 FT

  • 1000 FT OF TUNNELING COMPLETED BY 1904. OPTIONED BY COTTONWOOD KING MINING COMPANY IN 1916 WHO EXTENDED TUNNEL TO 1400 FT AND DID SOME RAISE AND DRIFT WORK. TWO ADITS UPHILL WERE DRIVEN FOR SHORT DISTANCE

Deposit INITIAL WORK EXPLORED A N60E STRIKING FISSURE BELIEVED TO BE AN EXTENTION OF THE QUEEN BESS FISSURE. MORE WORK REVEALED A N70 TO 80W STRIKING FISSURE OR FAULT ZONE. ALSO ENCOUNTERED, WERE SKARN REPLACEMENTS BEARING CU AND AU MINERALIZATION NEAR THE CONTACT BETWEEN LIMESTONE AND THE ALTA STOCK.
