IT IS REPORTED THAN NO ORE CONTAINING LESS THAN 1 OZ OF AU WAS SHIPPED BECAUSE OF HIGH TRANSPORTATION CHARGES AND THAT $100-200 ORE WAS COMMON PRODUCTION YEARS: 1895, 1904, 1909-1917, 1934-1951. ELEVEN CAR LOADS IN 1901. THE CARLOADS GAVE $22.50 IN AU, 2.45 OZ AG, AND 2.4% CU, UP TO $39.20 IN AU, 4.5 OZ AG, & 14.5% CU GROSSING $32.40 TO $45.38/TON. AT 1979 PRICES IT WOULD GROSS $2500/TON

  • MINE WORKINGS CONSIST OF A LOWER TUNNEL ABOUT 720 FT LONG, AN UPPER TUNNEL ABOUT 300 FT LONG & AN INCLINE STOPE EXTENDING SW ABOUT 350 FT MAKING CONNECTION WITH BOTH LOWER & UPPER TUNNEL LEVELS. THE UPPER TUNNEL IS 92 FT BELOW THE SURFACE, AND THE LOWER TUNNEL IS 165 FT BELOW UPPER TUNNEL.
