  • UPPER AND LOWER ADITS, LOWER ADIT IS MAIN WORKING, NOW COLLAPSED AT THE PORTAL BUT ORIGINALLY HAD NEARLY 2000 FT. OF DRIFTS, RAISES, WINZES AND STOPES. THE UPPER ADIT IS ABOUT 300 FT ABOVE THE LOWER ONE AND WAS ABOUT 1000 FT LONG IN 1910. THE TWO ARE CONNECTED BY A RAISE.
