  • ROCK SAMPLES COLLECTED FROM LARGE DEBRIS FANS WEST OF GRANITIC STOCK. DEBRIS FANS CONTAINED BLOCKS OF VOLCANIC SANDSTONE AND FE-STAINED STRONGLY BLEACHED, HIGHLY SILICIFIED ARGILLITE. MILKY QUARTZ VEINS, DISSEMINATED PYRITE, AND THIN PYRITE VEINLETS OCCUR WITHIN THE ARGILLITE.
