SIDE IN SANDSTONE AT THE BASE OF THE SAN ANGELO FORMATION. GALLOWAY (1970, P. 76, 87, 91-92; MEAS. SEC. 10) MEASURED 220 FT OF SECTION IN THIS AREA, WITH ABOUT 50 FT OF SAN ANGELO, WITH COPPER STAINS AT BASE OF SAN ANGELO, AND IN THE U. FLOWERPOT, ABOUT 100 FT ABOVE THE TOP OF THE SAN ANGELO AND ABOUT 10 FT BELOW A MASSIVE 4-FT GYPSUM (? KISER).

OF ENTRANCE TO COPPER BREAKS STATE PARK. MALACHITE WAS FOUND IN SANDSTONE IN LOWER SAN ANGELO ON E. SIDE OF HIGHWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 1,420 FT.
