General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit THE DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF ULEXITE WITH A THIN ZONE OF COLEMANITE NEAR THE FLOOR. THE DEPOSIT IS LOCATED ALONG THE SAME STRIKE DIRECTION AS THE KURTPINARI-GUNEVI-BEGENDIKLER DEPOSITS. THE ORE-BEARING LAYER IS ALMOST 3 M THICK BUT CONTAINS MORE CLAY PARTINS THAN THE DEPOSITS TO THE NORTH. A COLEMANITE ZONE IS SUSPECTED, BUT NO EXPLORATION WORK HAD BEEN DONE TO CONFIRM THIS. BENTONITIC MATERIAL IS FOUND AS FLOOR GOUGE.
