Deposit NARROW, HIGH-GRADE MANTOS AND WIDE FLUORSPAR VEINS WITH A HIGH CONTENT OF CALCITE GANGUE. THE MANTOS ARE IN THE UPPER SECTION OF THE GEORGETOWN LIMESTONE AND AVERAGE OVER 85 PERCENT FLUORSPAR THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT. THE VEINS IN THE PAILA-SAN MARCOS DISTRICT ARE CONTINUOUS, AVERAGE SEVERAL METERS IN WIDTH, AND CONTAIN 50-60 PERCENT FLUORSPAR.
