Deposit A RUBY-BEARING DOLOMITE MARBLE BED OCCURS NEAR GRANITE INTRUSIONS. THE RUBY-BEARING BEDS ARE 500 M THICK IN THE WEST AND 1700-2000 M THICK IN THE EASTERN SEGMENT. THE RUBIES ARE FOUND IN CALCIPHYRE NEXT TO INTERBEDDED ALUMINUM-SILICATE ROCKS (MIGMATITE, PEGMATITE).
