Deposit TWO PUMPS ARE USED TO MOVE 2 MILLION CUBIC METERS OF BRINE FROM THE LAKE TO A SERIES OF EVAPORATION PONDS. THE PONDS PROVIDE AN EVAPORATION SURFACE THAT IS ALMOST 6 KM LONG AND HAS AN AREA OF MORE THAN 1 MILLION SQUARE METERS.
