INTERCALATIONS ARE CARBONACEOUS BRECCIATED PHOSPHORITES 18-20 % P2O5. THE HUBSUGUL PHOSPHORITE COVERING AN AREA OF ABOUT 30,000 KM2 HAS A COMPLICATED SYNCLINAL STRUCTURE. THE PHOSPHORITES OCCUR IN A THICK SEQUENCE OF WENDIAN-CAMBRIAN CARBONATE ROCKS FILLING THE HUBSUGUL DEPRESSION. 2 PHOSPHATE SEQUENCES: THE LOWER IS WENDIAN AND CONTAINS PHOSPHORITES WITH >15% P2O5 (AVERAGE 17-29 % P2O5)
