THESE MINERALS ARE ALSO DISSEMINATED INTHE PYROXENITE. ACTUAL GRADE IS 12% TIO2 BUT RECOVERABLE PE ROVSKITE ONLY FORMS 8% OF THE ORE, AND CONTAINS 45% TIO2, 0.5% NB AND 1.5% REE"
  • ; TANTO-COLUMBITE, BSNS + ALNT + ZRCN + FLRT; THE HOST ROCK AT LAKE ZONE IS ALTERED BY REPLACEMENT OF HBLC WITH FINE AGGREGATES OF HMTT, ALBT, FLRT AND PALE BOTT. DAVIDSON (RF1) INTERPRETS THIS AS INTENSE ALTERATION OF PRE-EXISTING SYENITES, POSSIBLY A LATE-STAGE VAPOUR PHASE.
