  • SINGEWALD (1913) AND WILLIAMS (1964) REPORTED TWO TITANIUM PLACER DEPOSITS ALONG IVY CREEK IN MADISON CO., HOWEVER INADEQUATE DESCRIPTIONS OF THEIR LOCATIONS PREVENTED RECOVERY OF THOSE OCCURRENCES IN THE FIELD. THIS OCCURRENCE IS IN VICINITY OF THEIR EASTERN MOST LOCATION ON IVY CREEK.
