| Deposit | THE QUARTZ IN THE VEIN IS WHITE AND IS HEAVILY STAINED IN PLACES BY YELLOWISH LIMONITIC MATERIAL. IN THE PUZZLES AREA, THE SCHISTS CONTAIN SEVERAL IRON-STAINED QUARTZ STRINGERS THAT, IN THE EARLY DAYS, YIELDED A FEW SMALL, RICH POCKETS OF GOLD ORE. |
