  • AFTER EARLIER OPERATIONS MINE WAS REOPENED IN THE 1950S. IN EARLY 1960S MILLING-GRADE ORE WAS BEING STOCK PILED. HIGHER-GRADE MAT'L WAS HAND SORTED ORE SHIPPED TO SELBY SMELTER.

  • 600 FT ADIT ON ASTER VEIN, W. TWO X-CUTS TO CHINA VEIN, W 140 FT DRIFT ALONG IT, AT 300 & 400 FT IN FROM ADIT PORTAL. OTHER WORKINGS MOSTLY INACCESSIBLE. IN EARLY 1960S OWNERS WERE DRIVING A DRIFT ALONG THE WEST VEIN.
