DIABLO MINE AND CONTACT AT A SMALL ANDESITE BUTTE AND POST IN FRANCISCAN SHALE WHICH WOULD PLACE THIS OCCURRENCE IN SEC. 32. TURNER ALSO SAYS THERE WAS AN IRON STAINED QUARTZ VEIN WITH CINNABAR A MILE SOUTH OF THE MAIN PEAK(PRESUMABLY MT. DIABLO)WHICH WOULD PLACE HG IN 6-1S/1E OR 1-1S/1W.
