  • ACTIVE 1916-18 WHEN ABOUT 250 TONS OF ORE WERE MINED. ORE IS ALLEGED TO HAVE CONTAINED 35-41% CHROMITE, DEPENDING ON THE CARE WITH WHICH IT WAS SORTED. IT IS BELIEVED CHANCES FOR DISCOVERING OTHER ORE BODIES ARE FAVORABLE.
