  • ORIGINALLY WORKED PRIOR TO 1915. KELSEY MNG CO. FORMED IN 1926 AND MINE WAS REOPENED AND MILL ERECTED AND MINE WAS OPERATED UNTIL 1931. MINE REOPENED IN 1934, MILL WAS ALTERED, AND OPERATED UNTIL 1941. ORE MINED 1928-31 YIELDED FROM $1.80 TO $6.40 PER TON. ORE MINED LATER ON WAS EVEN LOWER IN VALUE.
