Deposit PRESENT GRP INCLUDES 11 UNPATENTED CLS., THE AMADOR, COPPER CHIEF, COPPER KING, COPPER MOUNTAIN, COPPER PEAK, DISCOVERY, SAN FRANCISCO (FRISCO), GREEN MTN., JULIET AND LAST CHANCE. TWO PATENTED CLAIMS INCLUDED ARE THE COPPER QUEEN AND BUENA VISTA. SMITH OWNS ALL UNPATENTED CLAIMS AND 1/2 INTEREST IN THOSE PATENTED.
