  • TWO CARLOADS OF ORE AVERAGING 47% MANGANESE AND 12% SILICA MINED FROM CUTS IN 1918. IDLE. SOME ORE REMAINS ON DUMPS; BEST ORE SEEN WAS A SMALL AMOUNT OF PSILOMELANE CONTAINING ABOUT 40 TO 45% MANGANESE.
