THE ORE ZONE IS LENTICULAR BEDS, SHORT LENSES AND NODULES OF MANGANESE ORE AND CHERT SEPARATED BY SHALE PARTINGS AND FILLINGS. THE PRIMARY ORE IS A MIXTURE OF CHALCEDONIC SILICA AND MANGANESE OXIDES.
