ORE BODY IS MASSIVE, BRITTLE BROWN MATERIAL WITH MANGANESE FILMS ON FISSURE WALLS AND SMALL SPHERULES. BROWN ORE IS MAINLY IRON OXIDE, WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF MANGANESE OXIDE AND OPAL.
