  • GEOL.DESC: STONE IS INTERMEDIATE IN COLOR AND TEXTURE BETWEEN THAT QUARRIED AT PENRYN AND AT ROCKLIN. IT IS COARSER AND DARKER THAN THE ROCKLIN GRANITE BUT IS FINER AND CARRIES LESS BIOTITE THAN THE PENRYN STONE.
