IN DEPTH, UPPER PORTION BEING CLAY. PAY GRAVEL VARIES FROM 1-8 FT. IN THICKNESS AND LIES ON A GRANITIC BEDROCK. CHANNEL IS ABOUT 900 FT. WIDE. GRAVEL IS SAID TO AVE. ABOUT 12 1/2? CU. YD. (OLD PRICE). HOLDING INCLUDE PORTIONS OF PETERSON, CONLEY, AND CHEVALIER RANCHES, INC. 105 ACRES, AND OPTIONS ON OTHER PROPERTY.
