| Deposit | VEINS, ORE SHOOT 130 FT. LONG, 14 IN. THICK. CRAWFORD (1896) DESCRIBES SEAMS OF QUARTZ IN MATRIX OF DECOMPOSED SERPENTINE. ORE SHOOTS OCCUR WHERE NW-TRENDING CROSS FISSURES INTERSECT MAIN VEINS. LODES VARY FROM NARROW SHEARS TO BODIES SEVERAL FT. THICK. GOLD IN OXIDIZED ZONE WAS FREE AND OCCURRED WITH IRON OXIDES.
