Deposit THE COUNTRY ROCK IS A BLUE, SOMEWHAT DOLOMITIC LIMESTONE IN BEDS 1 TO 2 FT THICK, WHICH STRIKE N10W AND DIP 40-50W. A VERY MUCH ALTERED FELDSPATHIC PORPHYRY DIKE, SEEN IN INDISTINCT CROPPINGS NORTHWEST OF THE ORE BODY SEEMS TO TREND NORTHEAST AND TO BE 15-20 FT WIDE. THE CROPPINGS ARE 60 FT LONG AND 10 TO 15 FT WIDE AND CONSIST OF LIMONITE AND SMALL AMOUNTS OF ARGENTIFEROUS CERUSITE NODULES OF GALENA SURROUNDED BY CRUSTS OF ANGLESITE AND CERUSITE ARE FOUND AT A DEPTH OF 80 THESE NODULES ARE SAID TO ASSAY ABOUT 80 PER CENT LEAD AND 80 OUNCES SILVER A TON. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT
