| Deposit | MINERALIZED QUARTZ AND JASPER BRECCIA. HIGHLY FE-STAINED, BRECCIATED AND RESILICIFIED QUARTZ VEIN MATERIAL ON THE DUMP CARRIES OXIDIZED AND UNOXIDIZED PYRITE. DARK SULFIDE LENSES, PODS OF QUARTZ ARE COATED BY FE-MN OXIDES WHICH ARE ABUNDANT IN THE DENSE JASPEROID AND QUARTZ VEIN SAMPLES. GOSSANY ZONES ARE PRESENT THROUGOUT VEIN MATERIAL AND LATE SILICA- FE VEINLETS AND LENSES CUT THROUGH THE ROCK. THE BRECCIA IS RECEMENTED BY SILICA AND FE OXIDES, INDICATING VEIN MATERIAL WAS EMPLACED ALONG FISSURE/SHEAR ZONE. SOME YELLOW AND GREEN OXIDES (AS?, PB?, CL? ) COAT ROCK. SAMPLE IS QUITE DENSE. DOLOMITE BRECCIA IS RECEMENTED BY REDDISH-GRAY JASPEROID. |
