Deposit QUARTZ VEIN FILLS FAULT WITH MASSIVE EUHEDRAL CRYSTALS FILLING OPEN SPACES. ABUNDANT CRYSTALLINE JAROSITE. GOLD PROBABLY IN OXIDIZED PYRITE IN QUARTZ. BOTRYOIDAL HEMATITE OCCURS ALONG WITH GOSSAN. QUARTZ VEIN IS SHATTERED AND STAINED BY LIMONITE. SILICEOUS BEDS ARE SHATTERED, ALMOST BRECCIATED, WITH ABUNDANT MN OXIDE STAIN. GREY ZONES IN QUARTZITE SUGGEST THAT FINELY DISSEMINATED SULFIDES ARE PRESENT. FINE-GRAINED PYRITE IS ALSO DISSEMINATED IN QUARTZITE ADJACENT TO VEIN.
