  • SML. AMT. OF GOLD PRODUCED IN EARLY YEARS AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF GOLD AND SILVER IN 1958

  • TWO OLD VERTICAL SHAFTS AND CUTS; A RECENT OPEN PIT LOCATED IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE OLD SHAFTS HAS REMOVED AN INCLINE SHAFT THAT FORMERLY CONNECTED WITH THE VERTICAL SHAFTS. THE PIT IS ABOUT 100 FT. BY 50 FT. AND 50 FT. DEEP WITH VERY STEEP WALLS AND A STEEP RAMP. PRESENT MINING ACTIVITY CONSISTS OF MINING DUMPS, TALUS, & BRECCIATED VEIN WALL ROCK MATERIAL NEAR THE COLLAR OF THE OLD SHAFTS.
