  • PROPERTY WAS DEVELOPED BY MR. LAWRENCE IN 1924, MR.WILEY IN 1926, BERT DOWNING IN 1928, FRANK TESSIER AND O. E. SW-AN IN 1930 AND H. E. SIMPSON AND JACK OMAR IN 1940. IN 1942 IT- WAS RELOCATED BY SIMPSON, WHO HELD IT UNTIL AT LEAST 1948, BU-T REPORTED NO MINING OR PRODUCTION. IT IS REPORTED THAT SEVERA-L YEARS AGO, 2 FLASKS OF MERCURY WERE RECOVERED FROM ORE PACKE-D DOWN FROM THE MINE IN 50-POUND SACKS AND TAKEN TO RETORTS AT- FITTING. LITTLE DEVELOPMENT SINCE 1943
