  • Original political location was Ferry county. Original lat/long 48-13-08N 118-11-10W places it in Stevens county. Original UTM agrees with lat/long. Directions of one mile east of Covada puts it in Stevens county. However, PLSS 31N 37E section 6 is entirely in Ferry county. Potential duplicate record 10253203 has lat/long consistent with Ferry county and PLSS so those DMS coordinates were copied to this record. UTM coords were cleared. Record is a placer operation so exact lat/long is not possible.
