Deposit A LITTLE SCHEELITE OCCURS IN GARNET- EPIDOTE TACTITE
Deposit EXPLORED BY MAGNETOMETER SURVEY AND 13 WAGON DRILL HOLES. SEVERAL PODS OF MASSIVE MAGNETITE OCCUR IN FOLDED LIMESTONE NEAR CONTACTS WITH SMALL DIORITE INTRUSIONS. MAGNETITE PODS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A GARNET-EPIDOTE TACTITE THAT CONTAINS SOME SCHEELITE. MINERALIZED ZONE TRENDS NE AND IS 100 TO 200 FEET WIDE, BUT THE MINERALIZATION IS NOT CONTINUOUS ALONG STRIKE, AND BARREN ZONES EXIST BETWEEN FE-OXIDE VEINS IN THE DIORITE INTRUSIONS. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
