Deposit ORE IS A HIGHLY SILICIFIED FELSITE NETTED WITH QUARTZ VEINLETS, ALTERED BY DESCENDING SOLUTIONS. SILICIFIED RHYOLITE CONTAINS ABUNDANT FINE-GRAINED PYRITE.; MODEL NAME COULD ALSO BE: POLYMETALLIC VEINS.
Deposit DISCOVERED IN 1912. DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF SEVERAL ADITS AND SHAFT 200 FEET DEEP SUNK FROM THE LOWEST ADIT LEVEL. WORKED FROM 1913 TO 1929. IN 1940'S DEPOSIT WAS EXAMINED FOR ITS PB-ZN POTENTIAL. MINE HAS BEEN OPERATING PERIODICALLY IN 1960'S AND 1970'S. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
