  • MOST PRODUCTION FROM 1893-1905; INTERMITTENT UNTIL 1950. NO ACTIVITY IN 1984, BUT ROAD TO MINE TURN-OFF AND BEYOND HAS BEEN RECENTLY GRADED.

Deposit SULFIDES OCCUR IN CLEAR QUARTZ VEIN MATTER ON THE DUMP OF THE MAIN ADIT. VEINS APPARENTLY CUT DARK ARGILLITE AND C-HERT. INTRUSIVE CONTACT WITH DIORITE OR GRANODIORITE IS A SHOR-T DISTANCE TO THE NORTH.
Deposit LOCATED AROUND 1891. GREATEST PERIOD OF DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY IN VICINITY OF THE IMPERIAL & GOLD NOTE MINES WAS BETWEEN 1893 & 1905; INTERMITTENT UNTIL 1950. IN 1947 ONLY ACTIVITY WAS EXPLORATION AT THE GOLD NOTE MINE. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
