Comments on the workings information

  • THIS GROUP OF 50 CLAIMS CONTAINS MOSTLY LOW-GRADE ORE. THE COUNTRY ROCK IS SILICIFIED DARK SHALE OR QUARTZITE, LIMESTONE, AND SHALE WITH INTERBEDDED VOLCANIC ROCKS. THE ROCKS ARE DISTURBED, JOINTED, CLEAVED AND CRUSHED, AND HAVE MANY CALCITE AND QUARTZ VEINLETS. ABOUT 5000 FT OF UNDERGROUND WORK HAS BEEN DONE. TWO SILVER-GOLD VEINS WERE DEVELOPED.
