| Deposit | THIS MINE IS PART OF THE MIDDLE GROUP OF THE COMSTOCK LODE, A TRIANGULAR GROUP OF ORE DEPOSITS ATTRIBUTED TO INTERSECTING CROSS VEINS OR FISSURES. STAKER IN 1859, FIRST WORK DONE IN 1862. WORK CONTINUED THROUGH 1879 WITH NORTHING BUT "LOW ASSAY" MATERIAL ENCOUNTERED. BETTER GRADE WAS HIT IN 1880, BUT DRIFTING ENCOUNTERED NO ORE FROM 1885 TO 1895. SUBSEQUENT SPORADIC WORK FOUND NO ORE. THERE IS NO RECORDED PRODUCTION FROM THIS PROPERTY |
