SUBSEQUENT WORK IN 1930'S WAS BY INDIVIDUALS LEASING THE GROUND TO WORK. BEST VALUES ARE AT SHALLOW DEPTH ABOVE A FALSE CLAY BEDROCK AT DEPTHS OF 8 INCHES TO 2 FEET.
