Comments on the geologic information

  • THE ORE OCCURS TO SOME EXTENT SPORADICALLY IN THE DIKE ROCK ITSELF, BUT MORE GENERALLY IN AND ASSOCIATED WITH PARALLEL BANDS AND LENSES OF QUARTZ TRAVERSING THE DIKE, SOME OF WHICH ARE 3-4 INCHES WIDE AND ALTERNATE WITH BANDS OF DIKE ROCK. THE DIKE CONSISTS OF 40% ORTHOCLASE, 40% PLAGIOCLASE, 20% QUARTZ.
